AiCybr provides free online tools, tutorials, and educational resources related to AI and cybersecurity. Our services include:

  • Browser-based utility tools (image processing, text conversion, etc.)
  • Educational tutorials and guides
  • Practice quizzes for certification preparation
  • Informational blog content

Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use our tools for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Use automated systems to access our services without permission

Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of AiCybr are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use our tools for personal and commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results from our tools will be accurate or reliable
  • Our educational content is complete or up-to-date

Limitation of Liability

AiCybr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

User-Generated Content

Any content you process using our tools remains your property. We do not claim ownership of any files, text, or data you process through our client-side tools.

OpenClaw — Additional Terms

Effective: February 11, 2026

The following additional terms apply to the OpenClaw AI deployment service. By using OpenClaw, you accept both the general AiCybr Terms above and these additional terms.

Service Description

OpenClaw provisions and manages cloud servers running AI chatbot agents connected to your messaging platform (currently Telegram). We deploy, secure, and maintain the infrastructure — you provide your own AI API key and bot token.

Payment & Limits

  • Subscription plans are billed via PayPal in USD.
  • Each account is limited to one active deployment at a time.
  • Subscriptions are 30-day periods. Servers are auto-destroyed after expiry.

API Key Handling

  • Your AI API key is transmitted once during deployment and written to the server via cloud-init.
  • We do not store your API key in our database or logs.
  • You are solely responsible for costs incurred on your AI provider account.

Server Security

  • Servers are hardened: SSH key-only, UFW firewall, Fail2Ban.
  • You do not have direct SSH access.
  • We may restart or terminate servers that threaten shared infrastructure stability.

Auto-Destroy Policy

  • Email warnings are sent 3 days before subscription expiry.
  • After expiry, servers are permanently destroyed with all data.
  • No backups are provided unless explicitly in your plan. We are not liable for data loss.

Refunds

  • Full refund if provisioning fails and server never activates.
  • Requests must be within 7 days of purchase.
  • No refunds for voluntary deletions, AUP violations, or expired subscriptions.

Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use OpenClaw for:

  • ❌ Cryptocurrency mining or resource-intensive computation
  • ❌ Spam, phishing, or unsolicited messaging
  • ❌ Hosting or distributing illegal content
  • ❌ DDoS, port scanning, or network attacks
  • ❌ Attempting root/SSH access or disabling security
  • ❌ Reselling access without permission
  • ❌ Violating your AI provider's terms of service

Violations may result in immediate server destruction without notice or refund. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned.

GDPR & Data Privacy

AI conversations transit through servers in your selected region (EU: Hetzner Germany/Finland, US: DigitalOcean NYC). We do not store conversation logs. Select your region during deployment.
